Bookmark a Tweet API | Twitter Bookmarks Write

Bookmark Tweet adds a tweet to your own authenticated X account's bookmarks. It requires a registered X session, since the bookmark belongs to a real account, and returns ok:true when recorded. Pass the tweet id or url as a query parameter. This is a write action billed at $0.0008 per call, the same as a standard read.

Pricing

Writes are billed at $0.0008 per call, the same as a standard read. A bookmark that fails before reaching X is not billed.

When to use

Use it to save posts to your bookmarks programmatically, for example archiving tweets that match a keyword filter.

Yes. A bookmark is saved to your own X account, so you must register an X session first or the call returns session_required.

Call Remove Bookmark (tweet/unbookmark) with the same tweet id or url to delete it from your bookmarks.

Are bookmarks private?

Yes. Bookmarks are visible only to your account. This action saves to your private bookmark list.
